Shipping your package
Packages are dispatched on Tuesdays and Fridays by Colissimo. Once your product has been scanned by Colissimo, they will send you a tracking number.
Free delivery on orders over €30. For all other purchases, a fixed delivery charge applies (between €3.50 for delivery to a La Poste collection point and €5 for home delivery).
Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the parcel. We recommend that you combine all your items in a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
The boxes are the right size and your items are properly protected.
