Japanese Organic Matcha

Our Premium Matcha is made from the second harvest of the season.  This matcha has both mouthfeel and structure thanks to the naturally occurring tannins. Our supplier prepares this matcha using the same tradition and artisanal methods as his family have for the last 5 generations. 

Pairs well with milk, both steamed or over ice.
