Refund policy

In case of receiving a defective product, the individual customer who purchases a good from the website www.awachai.fr has a withdrawal period of 14 clear days from the receipt of the good in question. 

Any request for withdrawal must be made within the legal timeframe by sending an email to bonjour@awachai.fr

Change of mind: According to article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer does not have a withdrawal period after receiving orders of edible products from the AWACHAÏ house. 
Indeed, in accordance with the law, this right cannot be exercised for edible goods for hygiene and safety reasons. Thus, the chai/matcha/chocolate powders received cannot be returned.
