Shipping Your Package

Packages are shipped with Mondial Relay and DPD. 

Shipping costs are free for orders over €35 at a Mondial Relay pickup point. For any other purchase, the costs are calculated at the time of payment.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage. The preparation fees are fixed.  We recommend that you group all your items in a single order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, and shipping fees apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

Verification of recorded information: 

The information that the buyer records when placing an order is binding: in case of an error in entering the relevant email address, or in case of an error in the wording of their contact details, or failure to provide a phone number, SAS AWACHAI cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of the order confirmation email and/or the resulting delivery difficulties.

In case you do not collect your Mondial Relay package within the allotted time, it will be returned to us. If you wish for a reshipment, a fee of €12 including tax (in France) will be required to cover the new transport costs, package retrieval, and handling. In case of a refund request, this €12 will be deducted from the refunded amount.  For any order returned from abroad, the costs will be calculated according to the order.
